This is the official Shadowrocket site and guide. These terms apply to visiting this site, reading its documentation and following the instructions. App purchases and use are also subject to the applicable App Store and in-app terms.
Scope and Sources
This site provides guidance on verifying the genuine app, purchasing and installing it, configuring settings, and troubleshooting. Its content is based on information available on the App Store product page and in the app. It explains how to use the app but does not guarantee results in any particular network environment.
The interface and features may change as the app and operating systems are updated. If the documentation differs from what you see, check the current interface and App Store listing before proceeding. Do not rely on the documentation alone for actions that could affect your connection or data. These terms do not replace the terms of sale that apply to your purchase.
Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
When using Shadowrocket or this site's guidance, you must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any jurisdiction affected by your actions, as well as the rules governing the networks, devices and services you use. Do not use the app or documentation for illegal activities, to violate others' rights, or to access systems without permission.
You are responsible for confirming that you are authorized to use any server, subscription or configuration information you enter. Keep your accounts, access credentials and subscription URLs secure. Before changing Config, rules or system connection settings, save a copy you can restore. Remove personal information and access credentials before sharing diagnostic materials.
App Purchases and Service Boundaries
Shadowrocket is a paid commercial app for Apple platforms, primarily used on iPhone and iPad. It is available exclusively through the App Store. Compatibility, system requirements and purchase entitlements for Mac, Apple TV and other devices are as stated on the App Store product page. Purchases, payments, refunds and restoring previous purchases are subject to the applicable store policies.
A one-time purchase of the app does not include a service plan. This site does not provide, sell or recommend any servers or subscription services. Import instructions apply only if you already have your own subscription or server details. You are responsible for verifying the availability, fees and terms of any such service under your agreement with its provider.
Availability and Liability
The app is sold on the App Store. Access to this site's documentation and App Store transactions are separate. This site does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its pages or successful connections after following the instructions. Connection results depend on factors including device status, system permissions, configuration details and services you already use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for losses caused by interruptions in access, user error, overwritten configurations, data loss or unavailable services you already use. Back up important data before making changes. If something goes wrong, pause the relevant operations and investigate the cause. These terms do not limit or exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Trademarks and Intellectual Property
The Shadowrocket trademark, official app icon and related app rights belong to its developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, and the respective rights holders. This site displays the product name, icon and interface materials to identify the product and provide its official guide. No rights are transferred to visitors by doing so.
The text, page code and layout of this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial distribution without permission, except where permitted by law. When quoting the documentation, preserve its context and do not alter or omit key conditions in a way that could mislead readers about purchase entitlements or service commitments.
